    • I have connected 1503 on my other number. For the last half an hour, ring is going on, but no customer care executive has cared to attend my call.

  2. Do you know , BSNL is the only Service Provider that takes 24 hrs to resume Broadband service after successful payment of bills. And is the only ISP that charges for DOWN days too, Batteries at exchange are down and BSNL gives only 5-6hrs/day of broadband service.

  3. Worst customer care BSNL since 15 days I am trying to call customer care but no one responds I think there is no customer care executive to answer the call. Please hire at least one customer care executive for each state or at least one for country

  5. The most hopeless service is by BSNL , 1503 doesnt seem to work ,and when it connects intermittently customer care executives dont answer calls .

    Just to activate a service I’m struggling from past 9 days , info on web isnt working .

I tried since last 3 days and nothing will happen in my favour. I have STV349 plan (AmazonBSNL Recharge-2gb/d +free voice call.valid.64 days -9500807999).

    After the internet usage the following msg is shown: ” Your last Data usage 251KB 12bytes. Remaining Balance 1019Mb 826Kb 96bytes in STV349 Daily Credit. Call Cost 0.000. Main Bal Rs. 0.632.. How is it possible, my daily data is 2GB/day and i Have used only zround 252Kb, but balance showing is very less. I keep on trying customer care but nobody is picking the phone. Kindly look into the matter.

    • I have faced the same problem. I have 2gb per day but I can use only 1 GB per day. I can’t also reach customer care executives.

  8. I have called 9440024365 through my number. For the last half an hour, ring was going on, but no customer care executive has cared to attend my call. I don’t know whom shall I ask for redressal of my problem. Do BSNL really want to help their customers. Very sad state of affairs.

Very dirty service…I thought they have improved……plz don’t go for BSNL…..I ported to BSNL and later dialed for bsnl toll free 18001801503….we can hear Welcome to BSNL dial 1 for Hindi and dial 2 for kannada…..if we press any of the two you get a reply that incorrect number……very funny yaar you all can try this

  11. Very bad services, no reply, and the executives don’t even attend the calls, I don’t know for what the bloody hell they are providing this number to customers, useless. What an utter nonsense are these guys doing. So shame on these services. Never ever choose BSNL sim. I have recharged for Rs.109 last week, the offer is said to provide 250 mins free call for 90 days. But today I’m not able to make any call. They’re saying that I’m having insufficient balance. When I tried to contact them, those bloody idiots are not attending the call, I tried to call many times and waited for half an hour. I lost my money and time. Totally waste
